Jimmy Loubser and Ermelo Toyota receive the Diamond Arrow Awards.

Jimmy and Noeline Loubser were invited by PMR.Africa to attend their annual Mpumalanga Leaders and Achievers Awards Breakfast on Monday, 19 October 2009 in Nelspruit. The function was attended by 100 to 150 corporate and government leaders.

PMR.Africa published a special feature on Mpumalanga Province in October. The feature focused on all the industry sections in the province. The feature was utilised as an investment tool for the province and the highest rated companies and institutions.

Based on a survey on the Mpumalanga Province conducted during June, July and August 2009, Ermelo Toyota and Jimmy Loubser were chosen to receive the following awards:
In the Business sector: Car dealerships in Mpumalanga Province - Ermelo Toyota was highest rated an overall rating of 4.25 out of a possible 5.00, and received the Diamond Arrow Award.
In the category: Outstanding service and contribution to the economic growth and development of the Mpumalanga Province by a business person - Jimmy Loubser is most admired on an overall rating of 4.50 out of a possible 5.00, and received the Diamond Arrow award. – The Diamond arrow award was the highest possible achievement of the event.

Companies and institutions were rated against the following criteria:

1. Companies / Institutions that have done most to enhance economic growth and development of the province;
2. Management expertise, and
3. Corporate governance.

The ratings were based on the perceptions of the respondents (corporates and senior government officials in the province). A total of 4 562 ratings and nominations were sourced overall in the province. The purpose of the award is to award excellence and hard work in the business sector of Mpumalanga Province.
